Virtual Horizons Employment Agency. A employment agency based in the virtual world of Second Life. Our goal is to assist residents of Second Life in finding a job. On the flip side we also want to help employers find suitable employees.

The reality most new residents of Second Life face immediately coming into the world is that a little bit of spending money makes all the difference. And thus begins the traditional "job search", which typically forces a person into deciding just what sort of "second life" they want to lead. While an analysis of how close we tend to stay to what we know and are comfortable with in Real Life is a topic of no doubt endless interest, it is beyond the scale of what we can define at this moment.

Enter the talents of VHE(CAPEX).The Virtual Horizons Employment Agency was started by Mystic Handrick in September 2007 after he had unsuccessfully conducted his own job search.

"People were constantly confronting me and asking me if I was hiring, and at the time I didn't even have a business where they could work! Since I have started VHEA, I have been amazed at the amount of people who want to find work in Second Life. I am looking to expand the company which is already profitable, and that is why I am taking the company public." Handrick explains in the company prospectus.

Handrick goes on to state, "The main business plan for VHEA is fairly simple. We will attract residents to apply for jobs. As CEO, I intend to work with existing and new Second Life businesses and get the jobs in front of these residents looking for work, so good quality residents can be hired. Income will come in from both residents looking for a job, as well as businesses looking for new employees."

As long as there is need to work, there may continue to be a need for a third-party to help sort out and identify the areas that individual job seekers are interested in working within, as well as helping them overcome the hurdles that many newcomers to the game experience in getting up to speed with what the expectations and requirements are for various avenues of employment.
